OK, since Senator Obama now says Palin was not the pig but was the lipstick... well, that is a picky distinction & even if you buy it I'd say deliberately using the word "pig" in that context was offensive.
But like I said way back in "The Lipstick & the 2nd Shoe," the real problem is the stupidity. Obama burns 2 days & a Letterman appearance on what he thought was a clever joke. This is new politics? This is change? This is good judgment?
Its the stupidity, stupid.
